Snap a photo.
Your listing
writes itself.
SnapVent turns a few photos into a ready-to-post listing — title, description, condition and price — then fills in Facebook Marketplace for you in one click. You just press Publish.
- Location data removed
- You always press Publish
- Your currency, your categories
How it works
Three steps. Almost no typing.
Snap it
Take a few photos on your phone, or drop them into the web app. Location data is stripped before anything is analysed.
SnapVent writes it
The title, an honest description, the condition and a fair price in your currency — from what's actually in your photos.
Fill, then publish
On your computer, click the listing in the SnapVent extension. It fills Facebook's form — photos, category, the lot. You press Publish.
Why bother
Listing by hand is the bit that stops you selling.
Most of the stuff we mean to sell never gets listed — because writing it up is a chore. SnapVent does the chore.

Features
Everything a good listing needs. None of the typing.
Writes like a real seller
Plain, specific, no “must see!!!”. Listings that sound like a person selling their own things get more replies.
Priced for your market
A fair second-hand price for the item's condition, in your currency — a starting point you can always change.
Honest about wear
Scuffs and missing parts go in the description. It describes only what it can see, and says when it isn't sure.
Private by default
GPS location is removed from your photos, and passwords or serial numbers in a shot are never written into a listing.
You stay in control
Nothing is ever posted for you. Review every field, change anything, then press Publish yourself.
Phone, web and desktop
Shoot on iPhone or Android, review anywhere, and fill the form from Chrome on your computer.
Time saved
What would you do with the time back?
Move the sliders. It's your own numbers, so it's an honest answer.
Writing it, working out a price, picking a category, uploading photos
You'd get back about
21 hours
a year — that's 10 movies' worth.
Estimate: 13 minutes saved per listing, assuming about 2 minutes to check a SnapVent listing and press Publish. Your numbers will vary.
You're always the one who presses Publish.
SnapVent is an assistant, not a bot. It does the writing and the typing; every decision stays with you.
Never posts on its own
The extension fills the form and stops. The Publish button is yours.
No Facebook password
It works inside the browser you're already signed in to — like autofill.
Location stays home
GPS data is removed from your photos before anything is analysed.
Delete means delete
Remove a listing and its photos go with it.
Questions
Good questions, straight answers.
What does SnapVent actually do?+
You take a few photos of something you want to sell. SnapVent writes the listing — title, description, a suggested price and condition — and then, on your computer, fills in Facebook Marketplace's listing form for you, photos included. You check it and press Publish.
Does it post to Facebook for me?+
No, never. The Chrome extension fills the form and stops. You read it over and press Next and Publish yourself. It only runs when you click a listing, and it can't post on its own, in bulk, or in the background.
What happens to my photos?+
They're stored encrypted and used to write your listing. Location data (GPS) is removed before anything is analysed — on your phone before upload, and in your browser on the web. When you delete a listing, its photos are deleted too.
What if it gets something wrong?+
You review everything before it goes anywhere, and you can edit any field. The AI only describes what it can see in your photos — when it isn't sure about something, it says so instead of guessing, and flags details you might want to double-check.
How does it decide the price?+
It suggests a fair second-hand price for the item's visible condition, in your local currency. It's a starting point: you can change it before you list.
